A Meal or Food You Really Like
I really like eating pasta🍝, especially eating spaghetti wich is a type of italian pasta made with hard grain flour and water. It can be made from wheat, tomate or spinach and all these are really delicious😋, but eating a mixture of all of them is the most wonderful thing in the world😍. Its preparation is easy:
1)Pour the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water to taste (1 Liter of water for every 100g of pasta)
2)Keep a gentle boil with the pot uncover. (20 minutes)
3)Drain the water and that's it
You can add different sauces, condiments and eat it with different foods. You can eat it with viennese and grated cheese, or just grated cheese, with pesto or white sauce with mushrooms, with viennese or with tuna and you can do many other combinations. There are many posibilities and for all tastes.
However, what I like to add the most is the tomato sauce. OMG, It is really delicious. This have minced beef and onion, tomate sauce obviously and Nestle cream to soften the flavor. The perfect blend of flavor.😍😍 And for more pleasure I add grated cheese or merken.
Pastas are good against constipation as it contains fibers and it's easy to digest, and I like this latter because my stomach never "weighs down" after eating it. Also Pasta contains a lot of glucose and carbohydrates what it's good for deportistas athletes.
